Sometimes, you gotta go "crank-yankers" mode and have fun with these type of businesses --they may have several referrals in return! 

The city's economic development initiatives have been attracting businesses and professionals, creating opportunities for real estate investment.

Many solar companies are going out of business.

It's a unique hybrid with qualities of both the long term and short term strategies but is, without a doubt, a hospitality business.

It doesn’t matter that it might be a business-purpose loan.All of our loans are for 1-4 residential flips.

You have to determine if your business plan is to always shop around for rates or is it to make your lender part of your team.If they are part of your team and know your plans it doesn't matter. 

However this is more circumstantial and may not apply to your situation.My suggestion is to focus more on the operations of your business.
