If you need a construction guy I have over 30 years in all phases andmaybe I can help somewhat if your interested or at least save you some time or $$.

Since then , it seems like other than joining the military in 2009, I am either not qualifying for or searching in the right places to make use of all the knowledge I’ve accumulated, because I don’t really have a name for it or have a Bachelor’s degree, but I can get just about any problem solved.

I would encourage you to use any of the loans available to military to purchase a small multifamily building.
