@Jo Anna Stryker - I'm going to guess that law school did not cover subjects like economics and investing, just like medical school and engineering school don't.I would expect that somebody who went to law school should have little trouble coming up with money to pay for RE training ...

Regarding AFSCs, I'm a medic so anything extra I make just goes to the student loans usually :)

OK, I sort of like my job, the pay was great, and it had good benefits (medical). 

Sorry, just to be clear the consulting is regarding setting up medical practices. 

Our city is in the process of building an Indiana University Medical School campus that will be completed in the next year and a half and this property is less than 1 mile from the school.

YEAH its awful/funny/sad when I watch any of those medical shows and the MRI's or CT scans or Xrays are upside down/backward !

We also have Fluke, Moss Adams, Providence medical center, Naval base, ALL the Snohomish County government buildings/offices, Everett Clininc, Swedish Medical. 

Here are some of these excuses:1) I don't have enough energy (as i struggle with a chronic medical condition...)2) I don't have enough time (because I am a young mother of two children...)3) I don't have enough money (because though our savings are growing steadily, it is not enough to do a deal on my own...)4) I don't know enough (at least it seems little relative to the information out there...)So now, Brain, listen well: These 'excuses' listed here are precisely the reasons you NEED to get good at this, and quickly too!

You're lumping "all" commercial together, when it covers a broad spectrum of properties, from industrial, office, medical office, retail, etc.

Someone - presumably him - broke into my room while nobody was home (Tom had a medical appt or something) and stole $1,000+ of stuff I had bought and was planning to resell.Joe is gone and I'm never gonna see my stuff - some of which is rare and irreplaceable - again but I'm sore about the whole thing and I think Tom has some responsibility.Tom just shrugs and continues to live for free and drink like a fish on my rent money.What do you think?
