I know exactly what to recommend to newbie investors when it comes to stocks/bonds - keep it simple, contribute a lot and keep costs down.

IRA contributions are based on your personal taxable income.

(This is likely a large contributing factor to the results reported from Getty).The images of women have long been used in advertisements as a way to reel in buyers, or even seduce them into buying.

I am not trying to find business through this site just interested in learning and contributing what I can.

But I still want to try running both sets of numbers to get familiar with both processes.Again thank you all for your contributions thus far and I'll update with any new information or developments.

Thank you @Brandon Turner and Jordan Thibodeau for the welcome.I have already filled my keyword quota and they are working quite nicely, I could certainly use a few more.Forums have been great, mostly reading and learning for now but looking forward to being able to contribute meaningfully as I gain knowledge and experience.

I've devoured the podcasts and read a couple dozen real estate books already.I feel like I've learned a ton but I'm still not quite ready to pull the trigger on my first deal so in the meantime I'd love to connect with some local investors and those of you across the country.Thank you all who actively contribute!
