Just getting started - Florida's Space Coast

Hi All

Brand new to real estate but something I have always wanted to do.
My business partner and I intend to rehab and resell in a few select areas of Brevard county.

Currently looking for a good REIA, suggestions?

Learning as much as I can as fast as I can. Listening to all the BP and Mark Kohler podcast, read the UBG, hunting through the forums, in the middle of the J Scott book on flipping houses, and talking to local investors - input is always welcome.

Background is Aerospace Engineering (rocket science) so I am very excited to broaden my horizon and learn the real estate industry.

I have already filled my keyword quota and they are working quite nicely, I could certainly use a few more.

Forums have been great, mostly reading and learning for now but looking forward to being able to contribute meaningfully as I gain knowledge and experience.
