The problem im having is I live in Maine and no one is lending in my state.  

My main concern is to recoup my money back.

We mainly bought the place for location, property, and the well.

I am getting the inspection and mainly what bill Hawley mentioned to generate the repairs the next home owner may require. 

Their boxes don't have a PO #, instead have an address such as 1234 main st.

Commercial interests consist of historic "main street" type buildings.

I used a HomeStyle renovation loan so it would be easy to keep as a rental but my main concern is having enough capital to fund the next project (hence why i originally wanted to flip). 

I have been doing alot of research on wholesale properties, so that's mainly what I'm looking for, when it comes to R.E. .

Main concern with these areas though (and definitely something like Cleveland), is that I want to be able to travel to my property with ease should the need arise.
