I will be starting at UM School of Law in August with the intent of a concentration in RE (we will see exactly how that goes... but that is the plan for now).Basically, I am looking to intern, even unpaid, for the summer in exchange for the knowledge and networking opportunities that would present themselves working in such a place.

Look for things like good school districts low crime areas etc.

Franklin Township is a great school district just south of there.As for the other property, I don't know the area as well.
