I believe there are literally hundreds (maybe thousands) of markets to invest in if you are willing to look outside the major cities.

I’ve known investors that out every home under a new LLC, so if they get sued they can literally only sue the “one house” and not their entire portfolio.

All of this is good, BUT what caught my eye is that I saw a house go on sale literally right next door to the property I'm purchasing.
