If I were to purchase a property at the auction that is foreclosed for first mortgage but has code enforcement liens, will the code enforcement liens go away after I win the bid and pay off the mortgage or do the liens stay on property and I am responsible for them?

That severely limited the number of lenders I could go to, so I ended up finding a loan product (that costs a premium, albeit) thru Velocity Capital Mortgage that allows fully-amortizing or IO payments (for first 10 years) which will help me build cash flow and accrue title seasoning while I find the right time to pull the trigger on a fully-amortizing DSCR product Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

I know on resident leases you can add a new addendum on the lease at renewal time but our management agreements don't expire they continue forever essentially unless either party gives a notice to terminate.
