You are changing the terms of the contract with proper notice. 

This is the same whether we are building a "double wide" that gets put on blocks or a modular home set by a crane on a foundation.One of my last projects before changing industries was a 2 story modular home that was built on spec...and then sold for roughly $1million dollars within a few months...

You think changing interior design, pictures, layout, etc would change STR success?

we have seen this before with folks on BP.. this site used to be pretty anti paid any kind of training that has now all changed.. there is nothing different from this guy than any of the other paid gurus not that its a bad thing.. but just keep in mind they make their money selling their information.

Does the form 3115 need to be filled out and approved PRIOR to making the change? 

If there are changes to any of the above, how will that be handled?

I also look at data from AirDNA but I'm uncertain about its accuracy for my area.As this would be my first time doing short-term rental, I would like to gather insights and feedback from the community at BiggerPockets, those who own properties in my area.
