I think the small units near the urban core are doing better (my last summer turns went up 12-15% in just one year) but nicer larger properties are not seeing the same percentage (5-8%) but the actual amounts of increase are of course larger.

All you can do is council your clients with your opinion but at the end of the day it's their choice on what to do.A lot of this has to do with volume.
