I have pictures of all the units on our website and as tenants leave I’m taking a video walking the property for my records.

A lot of my inquiries come from moms and grandmothers looking for vacations for one or two families.I also worry about things like Airbnb holding all funds until the guest checks in and a few other things.For those of you in the major vacation markets (Disney World, Pigeon Forge, Hawaii, etc.), what are your thoughts on this?

I know achieving massive amounts of wealth takes a lot time and a lot of HARD WORK, all of which I’m looking forward to!

If it came to light and a complaint was filed, I'd almost certainly be subject to penalties from the state, including fines, suspension or license revocation.Not to mention that the full commission is pre-negotiated before listing the property - it's part of the listing contract. 

Something you might consider is taking a look at your strength and weaknesses, I did that and partnered up with someone who brought those things I didn't have to the table. found a mentor,  And a carpenter,  I wasn't a Carpenter, so building things wasn't in my forte, I had a friend that was. 

On the flip side of that, the change of seasons is pretty nice, and a lot of people here like a change of seasons every few months.

I can do TLC so as long the house has gas electric water and a roof.Thank you.

Adjacent to the kitchen is eat -in space for breakfast, and a spacious dining room fit for a large table and buffet.
