There is another similar valve upper left above the hot water tank that also has a slow leak, but the lighting was poor so you can't see it:Closeup of the leak:Closeup of the other leak (this is the valve above the hot water tank that you couldn't see in pic 1):Also noticed this corrosion on a completely different section.

lol1 - Remember to leave some meat on the bone for the end buyer when trying to market your properties. 2- Also please don't say all the properties that you find only need 5k in light rehab.3 Be honest with both parties involved.4 - if you have ever rehabbed a house that would be helpful5 - good luck 6 - get in the game.
