How to tag others in a post?

I've seen people tagged using the @ symbol and have tried to do it myself, but they aren't showing as links. Any idea what in doing wrong? Thanks, Kat

Hello @Kat W. 

If you want to tag someone use the @ sign then start typing their name. You will see in pop up at the bottom of the chat window and then click on their name.  It should be lit up in a light blue box.
