Splits are important too but as long as you're getting value for your money, the cost is justifiable (do they have support staff to assist you on deals, do they provide signs/marketing, etc).

That being said, we also have a full-time cleaning and QC manager who handles everything that comes with having over a dozen cleaners on the team.We use an app called Properly which allows you to give cleaners a visual checklist and requires them to take pictures of the work which are reviewed in real-time by Properly staff. 

If you are not taking into account... what happens if and when companies realize that they can lower costs by having their staff work from anywhere?
