If I need news I have a radio, regular and shortwave, where I can get news from dozens of international perspectives.The only thing I can justify the purchase of a TV anymore is for a home theatre setup.

Tim,The problem actually started with Norman Mineta, Bush's secretary of transportation who's family were put in internment camp and apparently that was the reason he was adamant about the issue of profiling.

I've known of condos where the association fee included the heat.But mostly, I think you are paying for convenience and could do maintenance and gardening yourself (your own employees) for cheaper.

I was always more of an internet guy, but the beauty of these colonial buildings just really sucked me in.After a while I started, renting, renovating and re-letting some of the properties, my colleagues and I have now about 70 properties we manage.We generate top google results for all our keywords and run a 51 (as of current) websites program to generate "free" leads without ad dollars.I regularly check in with luxury brokers around the world, and I learned and improved a lot reading descriptions of properties on the nytimes (halstead in particular) and wsj as well as some australian sites.It's been a couple of years, and we can consider ourselves top in the luxury market here.As mentioned above, I loved reading up on listings in the US and I'm looking forward to meeting some of you, expanding my network and hopefully work together in the future.In 2010 my goals are to expand into commercial real estate, and lay the basestones for a successful international business in the feature.I also want to ad a few sites to our network.Oliver
