Hello my friends,I'd like to install a fence ourselves on the back yard.

A typical 6 over 1 colonial style sash set runs in the $550-650 range plus install, which is an entirely different skill set than drop in vinyls.

As long as it was installed properly, it should be fine.

Walked into this home to find a water leak on the second floor made its way to the first floor, causing damage to the ceiling and newly installed flooring. 

Not you can buy those in bulk for a discount and maybe get a deal on the installs.  

Don’t cut yourself short, it takes time to evaluate the turnover repairs, pickup all materials and install the materials before you can move a new tenant in.

We are forecasting that number to drop solely reliant on an army and air force installation receiving more active and civilian personnel but still weighing our options in possibly investing out of state.

They would like to install a ring doorbell system.

The rental has all the appliances already installed (they worked fine upon inspection and move-in). 9 months into the lease the refrigerator went broke, massive problems with the sink and plumbing, then to top it all of the washer decided to cut out (naturally all my clothes were in it when this happened). 

I have been looking for a guy to vac and charge if I install an AC when I do a furnace, ( I am licensed just havent taken my 608 yet no vac pump or charge scale either.)
