Or you can do a simple flat rate, then a contract for a bonus based on levels of profit.Or, you can do the partnership like Rebecca mentioned in her experience (which was a good one, just note there are just as many bad ones out there too).

@William GoldenYou should definitely consult an attorney about the proper setup.The first thing you should determine is if a trust is worth setting up or if anything you are looking to do can be done through the LLC.There are many benefits to setting up a trust but there are certainly costs associated with the creation and upkeep of a trust.If your mother is looking to give her ownership in real estate to you and your brother, she may possibly give percentage shares in her LLC to you and your brother over time.Good luck!

But the internet keeps us connected so well...I did enjoy the group which was facilitated through BP, but I thought that these folks were doing good and are all on their journeys, but it wasn't a specific group of people that were into the same things or overcoming similar obstacles and everyone was mostly pretty fresh.
