Looking for help on Starting

St.Cloud MN AREA 
I’m interested and always have been in flipping homes and fixing up to use as rental properties. But there’s a huge obstacle in the way and that’s the funds on getting a house etc. I’ve tried finding investors/lenders etc. but I’ve had no luck I personally don’t want a partner as I’m a do it alone type guy but if it came to it and it was temporary I would. If you or someone you know who can help me get to the first home let me know I’m extremely motivated and don’t wanna waste time. If you have any questions for me etc. I will be happy to answer.
