You'll want to be specific about what type of property you are looking for and(after you do some research and maybe even visit) where you want to invest.  

They have very specific requirements of how much revenue they want to see on a monthly basis as well as the frequency of the deposits.

Talk with agents and investors - ask what they think of a specific area4.
