Can anyone with MTR experience in downtown Salt Lake City give me their pros/cons?

In my limited experiences, when an owner brings PM in house it tends to have a net benefit to the NOI of the asset through both tighter control of revenue drivers and expenses.

I am not wanting to say you can't do it, I simply think it's going to look more like a term/installment loan from a local bank or a private individual. 

What's your experience like?

@Amee Gardner I’ve learned through several bad experiences not to pay good money for courses or gurus.

Specifically, I'm interested in finding a lender that allows a 10% down payment on investment properties.If anyone here has experience investing in these areas or has any lender recommendations, I'd greatly appreciate your insights.

This is coming from 15 yrs of experience managing rentals in DFW, many of them section 8.

Has anyone had experience with a good property management or turnkey company in Kansas City.

Most of my experience is fixing and flipping, so any guidance would be appreciated.

Though my years of hiring trades to work on my rental and friends/ family/ clients properties I have had it good and bad experiences.
