You can plan on having some regulatory stability for at least the foreseeable future, and there is pretty good demand for short-term rentals in the town.

We are not looking to make the most amount we can per item (because there's so much) and are not looking to spend time putting individual items up for sale. 

That being said, I am looking for individual investors or small businesses that would be willing to introduce their business to me and perhaps let me "tag along" on some of their current projects, negotiations, walk-throughs, etc.

If that area, which is a good area to begin with and near a lot of awesome attractions, becomes a hot spot then any rental close to that hotspot would realistically be able to support a higher rent with a higher demand. 

Now I have to transfer the lots into individual names paying the transfer fees again.

Not to mention that a hotel doesn’t care about individual metering for units.

It is never wise to think of time as individual packets.

Hi, @Lauren Weiss... this is a complicated question, because value varies based on an individual investor's goals and criteria, how they're financing, etc.

Looks like institutions or individuals are moving away from lien investing as overall interest rates are going up on other investments - but the overall winning tax lien rates this year went down to 4.52%.I eliminated the "Struck to County" liens which are the liens nobody bid on and are now held by the county.

It depends on the lender, so that is a better question for individual lenders.
