@David Czech I love that you are storing cash away in a reserve account.The only thing that scares me about this post is that sentence about saving for a catastrophic event.What we think about we bring about and what we focus on expands.

An easy excuse to follow up "Hey, I know we didn't agree as you were at 100k and I was at 70k, you mentioned you needed to sell fast because you have a lot of surgeries coming up you have to pay for, and I want you to make sure you're focusing 100% on your health and not this house that needs a lot of work.

Universities scare me.

I read is lot of the forums but just too scared to take the plunge.

I am about 80% excited and 20% scared.

I’m just scared that since the original mortgage holder is deceased now, the bank is going to wonder who’s paying the mortgage now.

What were the things that almost scared you away but you found solutions to and overcame? 

@Travis GregoryOurs has specifically told us due to her husband’s health, she’s no longer growing her investments so she’s not competing with her clients.
