I just looked online and they are $898... possibly store specific then (maybe a floor model I saw).

Some "issues" stated where the oven, fridge, and counters were not wiped down and the floors were not moped.

I would need paint, floors, and some more basics.

For them, paying $15K commission to sell the average $250K home in our area is a significant expense, especially if they've purchased with FHA and put in some new flooring or appliances. 

I can only stay until 2:30 or so, and plan to be there for the keynotes then wander around the sales floor (I assume there's some sort of booth setup), grab a bite and network with BiggerPockets folks :)

After a year or two I sold the timber (Pines not Hardwoods), which paid the note for almost a year.
