You can just tack this onto the sales price, and it will basically be baked into the loan for the buyers so no one is coming out of pocket for it (sort of).

So the title co. reached out to the involved parties and sorted it out.

Fast forward 9 years later I am a full time investor friendly realtor I also help new investors and experience investor realtors close more business without charging them a fee, sort of like free coaching on a national basis.  

My ideal day would involve some sort of time outside, exercise, a good cup of coffee, involvement with friends and community, self-development like reading books, and plenty of time with my husband and son.

Anything relating to shower/tub drains not functioning properly, issues with washer hookups, leaks of all sorts, etc., having this role be a text away is a must!

I admit, I did make a phone call, the excuse for the call was some related issue, something on a credit report perhaps just to clear it up sort of call.

Anyways, people come up with all sorts of ways to get around it.

They should be sorting this out for you.Junk haulers are more costly, IMO.  

It's sort of a lot of work to organize these things.
