The actual amount it will cost to replace your home cannot be known until after a covered total loss has occurred.I will contact some investors in my area that have multiple properties like mine and seek their advice.Thanks,Serg

I submitted mine too, but forgot to add that I've done 3 real estate deals with other BP members, started a real estate related investment business with another and have engaged with more new clients for business through BP than I can count right now.

I found BP from a friend of mine who is an aspiring investor.  

Full disclaimer, I don't get anything by saying this...and the owners probably wouldn't care too much for this post of mine..but I want to give my honest opinion.  

It isn't simply throwing a couple dollars into a bag and then reaching in to find a gold bar.

This is very common in a commercial loan, in fact all of mine are done this way.

The other homes near mine that airbnb, based on their reviews seem like they do very well and are pretty full.

Welcome @Michael O'Brien Mine sounds very similar to Sherman's, but in Pinehurst NC due to lower entry point on a 3/2 SFR and my mom a Realtor being our PM there (150-180k; rents 1200-1400).
