I’d like to understand the biggest pains and problems top investment real estate businesses like yours are experiencing.

@JD Mims,I haven't experienced this situation personally, but I did tour a property which had a shared coin-operated laundry room.

Just wondering if anyone has experienced pages in Bigger Pockets site not working properly, or unavailable? 

I'd appreciate perspective from more experienced investors on what you recommend I should do.  

Markets that are growing in population, jobs, rents, and income - leveraging both demographic and economic fundamentals - all helpful risk mitigation factors- working with syndicators who've either experienced or witnessed deals go south - syndicators who are savvy enough to be conservative in their projections, set aside reserves, have created realistic sensitivity analyses, have good banking relationships in place - investing with these types of syndicators, with a track record through ups and downs, helps to decrease risk.

You've already had some really good, experienced and quality posters give you feedback.  

I have read multiple books so far about short term rentals and posted because I wanted feedbck from more experienced investors.

I am curious if anyone has experienced this and any insight on how to handle.

If it's in Seattle I'd assume there's some regulatory hair on it either way that would require an experienced team to get it done in a timely fashion.Finding capital for either probably wouldn't be difficult with the right plan and team, the time capital is being held as cash is very low right now.

And I could reinvest the rest of the money- but I’m seeking advice from experienced investors as I am so new in this area.
