You find that out when you go to show the unit when they never asked permission to paint even if it's in the lease.We used a set color, Antique White, Contractors grade Conco brand from Menards. so we can touch up after move outs and never have to think about "what color was on that wall" I use a eggshell finish on everything except kitchen and bath. there I use semigloss.So pick your color and 5 gallon buckets are best cost savings.

The exception would be if the current IRA is a Roth IRA.Also, there is a difference between investing with a Solo 401k, in which case it is the Solo 401k purchasing property and all funds would be availbale - and borrowing personally from the 401(K), which you are describing above with the $50K/50% limit.

Except for my emergency fund, all of my savings has been going to my 401K since that is the only tax-break that I receive (contributing 18% of my pre-tax salary).

Operating as an unlicensed broker there is not any real possible consequences for dishonesty, etc except possibly through the courts.

I recently got rejected from one of the local credit union because my second home doesn't qualify as second home since 1) is less than 50 miles from my primary residence and 2) there are other people living in there except myself... this is really tricky field
