So I've been watching a piece of property for a few years now in a master planned community.

You may find that you're really good at something you didn't expect to be good at, or that you enjoy certain aspects of this business that you didn't expect to enjoy.Always be learning!  

We have been watching podcasts and learning as much as we can.

I am an investor and licensed Virginia Realtor living in Northern Virginia who enjoys transforming and improving communities by rehabbing run down and abandoned properties and making them available to families who would otherwise be unable to afford a home.

I have been a student of Real Estate for many years learning, watching and reading before I finally joined the action.
