Hello everyone, I just stumbled upon the website and I'm hoping to learn a thing or two. I've owned a duplex for around 2 years, I'm currently switching it over from FHA to conventional, then going to try to find another duplex and do another FHA. Those are my plans from just browsing different sites. If anyone has better advice or advice in general I'm all ears.
