I personally tell all my police officers friends to do this because it is an extra way to make money without doing all the work, just need to send the name, phone number, email address and if possible mailing address.

I'm no MHP expert but I would imagine in a small town there would be a fine line in raising space rent high enough to push out the "problem" tenants but not the good ones, raising rates at the same time your'e offering them a home would seem to soften the hit though.

It is zoned to allow for a higher density so I don't need to change that, I'm simply looking to divide one lot to three.In Lancaster County, SC all you have to do is have it resurveyed and file the new plat with the county, but I am imagining Mecklenburg will not be that simple.
