Why wouldn't an agent just provide the tour & teach the education?

Somehow BP with a million posts does not educate much on ROE.

They will be requiring you show them proof of “alternative credit” such as utility bills, rental payments, even education costs sometimes.

Just think of it like you just got an Ivy League Education in house flipping.

My recommendation is to educate yourself first on the basic process before jumping into a JV with someone you've never met.
