ONe to not rely on someone giving you information.. two  lock box key ( its not literally a key anymore I date myself).. and if you can't make a deal but strike up a good reporte' you simply take a listing..

If it is vacant, they have the right in the mortgage documents to "secure and preserve the property", which typically includes installing a new lock,securing/boarding/locking Windows, and performing monthly inspections.

If he did, they would lock and load with him, and not call you.So, personally I think you have leverage on them.

The laws in Sharjah about rent locking for 3 years makes it less attractive to me personally, but again I can't say much because I haven't studied the emirate yet.

Typically it's unfair to tenants to lock them into a 12 month contract without the same coming from the landlord.

I mean, think about it....If you have spent all that time and energy to lock a deal up that you need a buyer for, I think you have the knowledge and skill set to get the buyers on your own.
