In their eyes they just want to get rid of it at this point.It could be price, location, some hidden major issue (foundation problem etc) but knowing what it is will definitely help to negotiate a good deal that the seller is willing to take.

As such, I go through a lot of the same trials as most other beginner real estate investors as I try to prioritize the right things to make the most of my time.We own a couple of buy-and-hold properties, and our long term goal is to grow that part of the business to have good passive income, with an eye towards an early retirement (though that's still a good 30 years away!).

Looking at this document with my inexperienced eye it looks like this has nothing to do with the property, and it all lays on the shoulder of Wells Fargo, but I would rather get a second opinion from somebody who knows what all this it.
