You have banks ( local,regional,national), credit unions, life insurance companies, & CMBS lenders.Who does what loan depends on location, asset type, and size of the loan.

Not saying it is wrong - just a lot.What type  of Mortgage are you using? 

The type of properties/people you will be targeting will be a major factor.

I usually hop on Zillow.com and look at houses in my area, and look at what those types of houses usually go for, and how much rental rates go for in the area.

On my desktop, I type @+ first few letters of the person's name and their name pops up, however when I try to click that name, or hit enter, it never publishes it as an @mention.Any suggestions?  

But what the seller has is a type of contract that requires consent of any assumption of their financing.
