The issue is that the domain name of our business is currently owned by someone who buys domain names as an investment, and currently has our business name domain parked.

One word of caution is that a washer and dryer tend to be an ongoing maintenance issue (even if they're new).

Seems silly not to have a regular maintenance item rolled into your monthly fee.Maybe they just discovered for the first time that it needed to be done and wanted to do it ASAP due to the fire hazard.It's a good issue to raise at the budget meetings.Bob

The issue I find in my area is the rents are very low which make it difficult to work the numbers.

We have been told the carpet was cleaned 2 times and they were unable to get it up.Separate issue that may be related but unknown, in the living room and kitchen a slight black soot is collecting on some of the windows, ceiling, and oddly enough inside the refrigerator.

When you sell the title company involved will see this transfer and probably require the signature of the previous owner as well for the sale to go through, which could be an issue as well.

Given my full time job I really don't want to have to deal with those issues.  

-My wife and I deposited the Loan B refinance funds into a newly created bank account that is in our personal name, any issue there?
