Hello, I am in Baltimore the Land of Pleasant Living..... and investing.This is what I would do;Pull a lien and judgment report - you need to know what is in the chain of titleIf the lenders do not step forward to protect their interest, contact the lender to make an offer to buy the mortgage at a discount - don't pay too much.
