Can the bank demand more money because the house is worth more than what they sold it to you for and they’re having sellers remorse?

Because they had enough demand from investors.

If your services and time demand a higher commission and you believe you are worth more go ahead and charge what you believe.

It's a super demanding job that requires you to be available all the time and is really hard to balance with another day job.

I also called HR at a local hospital to see the demand for traveling nurses and did not get too far :/.

But if you don’t meet the qualifications of any of their lenders your deal will eventually fall apart due to requirements they demand that you can’t meet.  

She probably failed to report it because she knows she is responsible.You can contact her, let her know the neighbors reported it, and demand that she call and have it repaired immediately.The other option is to let it slide until she's out, then deduct the cost from her deposit.
