Best way to gauge MTR demand and rates?
Goooooood afternoon guys!
Quick question for you all! I recently had a conversation with someone local about MTR’s and how lucrative it has been for her. I have learned a little bit about them through research and looked on furnished finder a bit. I also called HR at a local hospital to see the demand for traveling nurses and did not get too far :/. Where are some other good places to determine local demand and rates for medium term rentals?
Thank you so much and happy new year yall!
