We all must learn how to deal creatively with the stresses we all face in this business. 

So this is going to seem non traditional but I thought I would share as I am always looking for creative ways to help my bottom line.

Again, shooting from the hip here because I don't know the restrictions, but it seems like you're a little short on cash without investors, so you may have to get creative, unless you can finance 90% of the build costs.  

And in the local blogs, esp the contrarian, RE bubble and anti-growth ones.Dr Housing Bubble is great for LA: (Real Homes of Genius: Compton Edition) - perhaps there is one of these for Houston?

It's time to think more creatively and yes, it can be done.

You can be creative and the gift doesn't to be expensive.

So you have to do a search and be creative, plus add some personal "touches" to make it both relevant and unique.

Management can be more creative in business transactions than a 1-4 family property, but what if the owner has problems?
