As well as for renovating (Ensure checking for termites, rotted wood - Bathroom and Kitchen renos are most valuable), Renting, Refinancing, etc.This would be great to have for new and experienced investors as well, as updating these lists as more valuable information comes in can benefit us all and ensure we cross our t's and dot our i's on all of our deals.I would be willing to help put this together if this is not in place already.Looking forward to hearing back from my fellow investors!

Even more confused as to how we can not have that count as income... it went through my QuickBooks system as payments that were then received and deposited and now have been recorded in my "Rents Received" income account...

Once you had find an area with a healthy population growth you need to cross check that with https://www.crimereports.com/ to find the  "gems in the rough" (stable areas with low % of violent crimes.) and now you have some areas to "farm" That is where the real work just begins with foot on the ground driving by, knock on door etc.......Sok Szerencset Kivanok!
