I want it to rebuild my home, cover my lost income if I die, pay the hospital if I have a heart attack, etc.

After getting my second rental, My heart was really set on real estate.

Although I don't recommend it for the faint of heart, we've even done 2 that were 1968.

Well, this may be your chance to get in on the ground floor of something very unique that would do just that, but It's for people who have heart of nobility and desire.

Just throwing this out there (personally, I've not done this but that's only because I am a procrastinator by heart and I'm not sure if wholesaling is something I want to get into) but if you don't want to pound pavement you could also go to real estate sites (like Zillow, Redfin, etc.) and call FSBO's and Rental properties.

We don’t plan to stay in North Dakota forever as Idaho will always have our heart and we own property there that we envision raising a family on.

I just sold a home located in the heart of Hilltop and it was not a bad place.
