I commend you both for getting out and following a passion for something that doesn't start with multiplayer or have a remote with it.I personally do not think it is ever to early to start learning anything and interning is another form of education.

I got out a few years ago and continued with my education and I am currently attending college at the University of Hawaii and will graduate in December this year with a Business Management degree.

I’m also going to add a list of 400 new motivated sellers every month to continue to contact monthly & build my leads up.

Although they may continue to maintain the home as they have in the past any lease language, beyond what they may want regarding the home,  will be nearly impossible for you to enforce. 

Our network agents have 33% more experience than average, handle 80% more real estate volume and have twice as much continuing education. 

Browsing through the website has been a great educator for me as well for my plans to invest in real estate in the future. 

I will continue to look for other investors to link up with and hopefully I am able to network with several.  

I am a single female in my late 20's, and recently had a client continually pester me, asking me out on dates, and acting as though we are in a relationship.

& I haven't stopped its a continuous journey.

Continue at your meetups, investigate a few investing disciplines...be prepared to love them all when you first hear of them.Post on BP, go to your local REIA.Bring value, what can you do for a seasoned investor?
