has recently informed me that the neighbors with whom they share a wall are 1) drumming often and during late hours (they do have a drum set but say they have "dampers" on the drums and 2) the couple is constantly fighting very loudly - shouts which are heard through the wall, and fights are often outside in the front yard as well.

A few constants came out of all this learning: 1) I wanted to be financially free; I wanted to never have to depend on someone or something for my livelihood; I wanted to dictate where I go with my life and not be pressured or trapped. 2) No matter how I spent my time or earned my primary income (free lance work, starting a small business, etc), real-estate investing was always showing up as the best overall vehicle for building wealth and could complement any path I took.So, I've been diving into the real-estate investment world the last few months and came across Bigger Pockets almost immediately.

(one night my kitchen sink started pouring water into the basement only to find out it was bc of a rusted elbow, most likely from constant draino and old age) I could have saved the money spent on water jetting though - rookie mistake.All in all, glad I had that one leak since it pushed me over the edge to do the drain pipes for the entire house.
