Like you, I was concerned about it becoming non-functional but do not want to cover the cost of such an expensive fix right now since its a working unit.

However, I am also concerned this would cause legal issues. 

Is it a concern that they will report company, and if so, what will they report?

I'm more concerned with discovering a new career path and networking than making a lot of money at the moment, although money is always nice.

One of my biggest concerns for renting the place out is the tenants will ruin my place.

Hi ThereI finally got first investment SFR and now I am under contract, close date will be end of Sep.I get the home inspection reports and attached file is some of major concern items.Since it is build 1994, the home in general is pretty good shape but these few items, i am not sure how much cost will be if i am going to fix.

My main concern for not renting them separately, and only mentioning that they could rent together is that if I have a group of 10 people and I search on Airbnb, once I input 10 adults in my filters, the listings with 3 or 2 bedrooms that have the capacity of 8 people will not even show up, and I couldn't even know that place can be rented together from the description. 

I did not ask any specific questions about his disability status, but he did provide official documentation proving the lifetime compensation.Should his unemployment be a concern?
