If you don't see any regulations listed on the web site or in the HOA rules, I would contact the town office or HOA and ask them what the rules are regarding short-term rentals, and preferably do it via email so it's documented.Mike

If the inspection was done prior to December 2020 you might want to call the town office and get a new walk trough inspection, don't ask how I know...You should be able to schedule it at the code enforcement's office without having to pay the $250 fee since the permit is still valid.

This is essentially going to be a free house and, on top of that, I am now a licensed loan officer and can do the refinance myself to collect a commission on the back end of the refinance making it essentially a free house!
