What would you do for a career start?

I have been offered a full time position as an auditor but the office I am in does not have any clients within the real estate industry. I am considering looking elsewhere for a job in real estate. I have been considering a job at Fundrise and wanted to get your thoughts on this or even see if you have recommendations for other real estate job positions I should explore.
