You have a run in with the city and get slapped with code violations and your tenants get evicted.

I could set up a purchase pin code to prevent guests from buying movies and stuff on my account.

It depends on the actual work, and how hard it would be to verify it meets code.

I'd want someone who is very comfortable and knowledgeable with audits, the Code, and my business.

There are usually code violations if a landlord is not providing proper heat in winter, so likely there is a specific city department where they can file a complaint, and I would be telling them to do that each and every day they don't have proper heat until it is resolved.

Schlage makes a couple very good locks that can store multiple opening codes and are easily re-programed, kinda spendy but well worth it.Congrats on the 4plex!
