To me, finance, and specifically investment banking / private equity, is like a black hole.

I went to pry it up to replace it with a spare and the whole tile came up w/o any effort, that's when I noticed it was pure black underneath and the surrounding tiles all came up with very little effort too.

You can easily get overwhelmed from all the information so make sure to take action.I would highly recommend you visit the Black Diamond networking event in Worcester.

Keep in mind your business plan, if your selling this in 2-4yrs your better off going with the cheaper sheet option-stainless steel or black depending on what that market likes-you can either buy and rent washer/dryers to residents OR try to get a laundry company in and do split profit.

I'd recommend getting to the Black Diamond meeting in Waltham (Every other month with the next one in Sep), great meeting and pretty close for you.
