Wesley,Building parks from scratch is a risky and expensive venture which is why you don't see many new parks being built. 

I started off with Arbitrage in 2019 then bought a building and turned one of my units into an STR.

Property #2 - I want to build an ADU on my primary residence in Florida and am thinking I should use a HELOC.

Something like that where you are paying a la cart fees that are applied at close under the buyer-broker agreement and commission agreement.Its going to be fun to figure out this year and next, I’m building basically a subscription based brokerage right now anyways where they sign up for the “plan” that suits them which will require the mandated buyer-broker agreement and commission schedule. 

Building a good relationship is more important than the deal!

I am willing to do the work building relationships.  

I want to build my list of stories, I want the lessons, I want to grow.

The houses themselves aren't worth much but the city isn't building anything under $1m in the area now.
